• Ensure you have a copy of the access card (can be a photo on your mobile).
• Meeting Point: Reception area. The instructor will accompany children to their class. After the lesson, parents/guardians pick up from reception.
• Punctuality is important. Late arrivals must go directly to the pool area.
• Children are encouraged to use the bathroom before the lesson.
• All children must wear a Swimming Workshop swimming cap and proper swimsuit during lessons.
• Children not potty trained must wear a swimming nappy. Please dispose of nappies properly after the lesson.
• Head Coaches may change groups if necessary for safety or other reasons.
• All attendees and parents/guardians must follow pool rules and regulations.
• Parents are responsible for informing us of any health conditions that may affect participation.

The Mediterranean College of Sport, Birkirkara (Indoor Pool)

• After the lesson, parents/guardians pick up children from the pool entrance or as otherwise indicated.
• Punctuality is important.
• Children should use the bathroom before the lesson.
• Swimming Workshop swimming cap and proper swimsuit are required.
• Swimming nappies must be worn by children not potty trained; please dispose of nappies properly.
• Group changes may be made by Head Coaches for safety reasons.
• Everyone must adhere to the pool rules and regulations.
• Parents must notify us of any health conditions affecting participation.

The Imperial, Sliema (Indoor Pool)

• Meeting Point: Level -2, pool area. Please arrive 5 minutes before class starts.
• Parents/guardians pick up children from the pool entrance or as directed after lessons.
• Punctuality is essential.
• Children should use the bathroom before the lesson.
• Swimming Workshop swimming cap and proper swimsuit are mandatory.
• Non-potty trained children must wear swimming nappies; dispose of them properly.
• Head Coaches may adjust groups as necessary for safety.
• All attendees and parents/guardians must follow the pool rules and regulations.
• Parents are responsible for informing us about any health concerns.
