🐟 Pre-Turtle Level – Early Independence in the Water

Age: Up to 6 years | No guardian in the water

Children at this level are ready to participate in a group lesson without a guardian present. While they still need support, they’re developing the skills and confidence to move more independently in the water.

🏊‍♀️ Skills Covered:

• Poolside safety and understanding pool rules
• Kicking against the wall with face submerged
• Floating unaided in different positions
• Swimming short distances with face in and out of the water
• Using different flotation equipment
• Jumping into the pool and climbing out safely

By this stage, children are confident submerging their faces and can swim a short distance unaided. The focus is on building strength, technique, and independence.

➡️ Once a child can swim 10 metres unaided, they are ready to progress to the Turtle Level.

⚠️ Not suitable for children over 6 years old.

• 1 Lesson per Week for 11 Weeks – €200
